Customer Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of customer data, contact support@isara.io. Requests are processed after identity and authorization verification.

• Request intake and verification of requester authority.
• Scope confirmation for data covered by the deletion request.
• Deletion execution and completion verification by operations personnel.
• Issuance of a deletion completion record to the requester.

For verified requests, Isara Laboratories Inc. provides a deletion completion record within 24 days.

For compliance review periods, Isara can provide redacted deletion fulfillment evidence and request-handling artifacts on request.

Privacy Policy

Isara Laboratories Inc. collects and uses data to operate, secure, and support Isara Deep Research. We process technical service metadata and limited business-contact personal information required for product operations.

• Use limitation: data is used for service delivery, security, support, and legal compliance purposes.
• Confidentiality controls: logical customer isolation, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest.
• Third-party processing: vetted cloud and AI subprocessors under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Retention: data is retained only as long as necessary for business, contractual, or legal requirements and is reviewed annually.

California residents may submit CCPA/CPRA requests, including requests to know, delete, and correct personal information, by contacting support@isara.io. Requests are handled in accordance with verification and legal applicability requirements.

Terms of Service

Isara Deep Research is provided as a deep research product to help organizations perform structured research and analysis workflows.

• Acceptable use: no illegal activity, abuse, harassment, or attempts to compromise platform security.
• Customer responsibility: submit only data you are authorized to provide and maintain account credential security.
• Third-party services: infrastructure and model providers may process data under contract and confidentiality controls.
• Security posture: data handling includes logical customer isolation and encryption controls.
• Warranty and liability: service is provided on an as-is basis, with liability limits as permitted by law and contract.
• Availability and SLA: specific uptime and service commitments may be defined in separate customer agreements.

Governing law is the law of the State of California, and venue for disputes is San Francisco, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
